This incarnation is a steakhouse version of Emeril Lagasse's hard-core classic Creole restaurant in New Orleans. The table located in the kitchen, which seats four to eight, offers a special tasting menu and wine package along with up-close views of the staff at work. The menu features steaks and chops with the New Orleans twist and the hearty homemade country selection of gumbo.
